I had consulted with Dr Katakwar for assistance with my weight related health issues in July. After prechecks were done, the doctor had recommended sleeve gastrectomy which is done laparoscopically. Surgery was performed on July 14th and I was discharged on July 17th. The doctor and his support staff, including case manager Ms Mounika are quite professional and competent. I felt the doctor has kept up with the latest advancements in his field of expertise and it showed in my post surgery recovery. There were no complications during or post surgery; it’s been over a 6 weeks now and I am feeling happy with the weight loss and recovery.
